By applying for a PCD Pharma Franchise, submitting a purchase order requisition, or accessing our digital portal, you agree to comply with all applicable state and central drug control regulations.

All franchise partners and institutional buyers must possess valid Drug License Numbers (Form 20B / Form 21B or equivalent state wholesale drug licenses) and an active Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN).

Sygnus Biotech reserves the right to suspend or reject any order or distributor requisition if licensing documentation is expired, revoked, or unverified.

Monopoly rights are allocated for designated geographical districts or territories as mutually agreed upon in writing.

Distributors agree not to promote, sell, or supply formulations outside their assigned district boundary to preserve territorial integrity across our network.

Pharmaceutical pricing schedules are shared exclusively with verified franchise holders. All quotations are subject to applicable GST and freight terms.

Prices and product packaging specifications are subject to revision based on raw material (API) price variations and statutory National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) directives.

All brand names, trademarks, formulation trademarks, logos, visual aid designs, and promotional literature are the exclusive intellectual property of Sygnus Biotech.

Unauthorized replication, digital counterfeiting, or trademark dilution is strictly prohibited under Indian trademark law.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of commercial dealings with the company shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts at Sidhpur, Gujarat, India.
